Is there any way to save data dynamically in a host machine?

folder structure should be like, suppose my id is 1 and this id should be the name of folder and the data inside the id should be stored as a sub-folder, but I want this should happen dynamically.

Is there any possible way to to save the data in this format. And also to regain a particular file if it has been deleted.

Using the Connection Agent you can save data in a table in a database, but the Connection Agent cannot create folders or tables in your database. You could write a script to do this or integrate with one if you have it built already.

When you are talking about recovering a deleted file are you talking about an instance deleted in PerfectForms, or a file in an outside database?

I am only here to advise you on issues regarding PerfectForms. I cannot advise you on the management of an outside database.
