    In the Dashboard I see that Instances can be Open, Attention Needed, No Attention Needed, or Closed.

    For my purposes I simply want every form submitted to go into Attention Needed, this way I keep track of which ones I have reviewed. After I review them I would like to select or mark something that sends them to “Closed”.

    I was looking at the Workflow on my forms and I see there are stages that can be added, but they seem to depend on the content of certain fields. Is it possible to just do a simple Pending and then Completed workflow like I am looking for?
