I am new to Perfect Forms and would like to know is there any pre-built function that will enable user to assign someone in the company to approve all the submission when he/she is out of office for a short period of time (e.g. 3 days)?
To use role function to change the user manually by HR or administrator is deemed too complicated as there may be more than 10 to 15 people gone away in a typical mid size company at any point of time.
Best practice is to set up Positions in your dashboard: /Documentation/manual/html/?d_positions.htm. Then set the roles in your forms to a position. When the occupier of a position goes on vacation, you simply need to change the owner of the position in the dashboard.
