I have a simple form that I created and when I migrate the form data to a csv file, it’s copying some of the fields twice. Why would this be happening? Thank you.
You are probably seeing radio buttons, and drop-downs twice because they have both a caption and a value.

No, these are text boxes. So I have a field for first name and and field for last name, in tab order and last name shows up at the end of my csv file. For the drop downs (ie state) their going to show up twice on the csv file?
You will see a caption and a value for drop-downs that have been selected.
