I was doing some testing and updating today on a form and noticed that when i did a test version of a form as a draft I was not receiving notifications at all. I then tested my other forms as drafts and the same thing was occurring. from there i tested my published versions and the same result is happening. we are using our own exchange servers to sent the notifications. under settings > resources > E-mail servers i tested the connection from there and received an email instantly, we are just not receiving notifications from the forms at all.
On Friday February 17th there was an approximately 7 hour period during which email notifications from Perfectforms were not being sent. We were able to isolate the problem and have taken steps to prevent further lapses in service. All email notifications were ultimately delivered. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
