I have a connection command that returns a bunch of data. One of the fields it returns is a varchar and should remain treated as text. The field holds a person’s phone extension in the format 10.1350. I need to display this text in a text field but Perfectforms is dropping trailing zeros. For example, if the persons extension was “10.1350”, it would show up in the text field in my form as “10.135”. So, my guess is that it is assuming “10.1350” is a decimal number, in which case yeah the trailing zero wouldnt be necessary. However, for a phone extension, those zero’s its dropping are kind of important.
