I’ve been trying for several hours to migrate data and attached documents to a zip file and the system just spins saying that it’s downloading but it’s taking too long. For this particular form, I just did this a week ago with no problems. Can anyone help?
Please try with a different browser. If you are using Chrome, it was automatically updated to Flash 12. This version of Flash is causing problems with PerfectForms. Until we adjust to the change, clicking the URL address bar will clear the “freeze”.
