i have a 30 days trial login for perfectforms and when i go for upgrade option,it asks me for my email and password.infact just for password as email is already written there.but after entering password when i click continue i get a message”more than one account or no account found”,so how can i upgrade my account.
and one more thing,how much will be the charges for this upgrade and for how long this upgraded account will be valid.
If you have signed up for more than one account than you should see both or all the accounts you have signed up for listed after you log in. Upgrading your account would be getting a paid account in which case we could handle that for you.
