I have a user who login in PF just once in 2 months,user password doesn’t work on login. So i have to resend Password. How can i solve this thing. Its a Basic user we are talking about.
Have the user utilize the forgot password link.
No,I dont think so. But the password user enters is the right one.User is sure about his/her password. So there is no any chance of entering wrong password.
First check in the dashboard to make certain there is a license with the correct email address. Then have the user use the forgot password link. They can change their password when they log in again.
