Is there anyway to setup a behaviour that warns a user when they have pressed the delete row button on a table? i have tried using the show message behaviour but this still deletes the row even if the user selects no to the confirmation message!

One simple approach to this problem is to add a column called “delete” in the table. Make the column type a button. Create a behavior for when the button is clicked. Use the behavior object set table rows. In the object choose the delete row radio button and check “ask for confirmation”.

Is it possible not to allow user delete any row from a table, but only allow adding additional rows?

You could cover the delete icon in the table with a horizontal or vertical separator in a higher layer so the user could not even see or click the icon.
