    When Use Proxy is ticked, the call to the Agent is made by the PerfectForms Application server itself, not by the client browser, so the IP that goes into the request to the Agent become 127.0.0.1 (localhost) if the PerfectForms

    application server and Tomcat server are installed on the same computer.
